Agreement and seller identity

These Terms and Conditions govern access to achillesstudio.store and purchases from Achilles Studio. The seller and website operator is Grand Smooth Global LLC, doing business as Achilles Studio, located at 15375 Barranca Pkwy, Suite A-212, Irvine, CA 92618, United States.

Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must participate in the purchase. The website is not directed to children under 16.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, materials, specifications, sizes, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screens, lighting, photography, and packaging changes may cause minor differences. A material difference in product identity, condition, material, or specification is handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Prices, taxes, payment, and checkout

Before the final payment action, checkout displays the product price, applied discounts, shipping charge, applicable taxes, settlement currency, and final order total. We do not add undisclosed mandatory fees after payment. Only the payment methods actually displayed at checkout are available for the order, and payment must be authorized before shipment.

Order receipt and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order request; it does not mean the order has been accepted. We accept an order when we send the shipping confirmation. Before acceptance, we may cancel for unavailable inventory, failed or reversed payment, a credible fraud or security concern, a legal restriction, or an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Customer cancellation

You may request cancellation before shipment. We will make reasonable efforts to stop fulfillment, but cancellation is not complete until we confirm it. If the order has shipped, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

Inventory and substitutions

If a purchased item is unavailable, we will notify you and refund it. We will not substitute a different product, size, or color without your express agreement.

Third-party brands and authenticity

Achilles Studio acts as an independent retailer unless a product page expressly states a relationship that can be verified. We do not claim to be an official store, authorized dealer, or endorsed partner without written authority. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Website content and acceptable use

You may not interfere with website security, submit false information, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, scrape or reproduce protected content without permission, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website for unlawful activity.

Service availability and events outside our control

We may suspend or limit website access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Delivery dates are estimates. Events outside our reasonable control do not remove refund, replacement, or other rights that apply when goods are lost, damaged, not delivered, or otherwise nonconforming.

Responsibility and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability may be limited where the limitation is fair and reasonable. Nothing in these Terms excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any mandatory consumer right.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer's residence. No arbitration provider, arbitration rules, or arbitration seat is stated because no verified arbitration arrangement is published for this store.

Changes and severability

We display the effective date above. Changes generally apply only to website use and transactions after the new version takes effect. If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
